I built every StoreCalc calculator myself, from the official data to the live page. Your quoting, artwork checks, nesting and order sync can be built the same way, into a system you use every day.

## What I can build

These are the most common jobs in apparel and cross-border selling. If yours isn't here, tell me how you do it today and I'll tell you whether it can be built and the cheapest way to do it.

- **Quotes and costs**: Today: Costs, freight and duties sit in different spreadsheets. Each quote takes ages and the numbers often disagree. After: Pick the style, quantity and print method and get landed cost, margin and price at once. When a rule changes you edit it in one place.
- **Artwork checks**: Today: You find out the art is blurry, the thin lines broke or the transparency turned into a block only after printing. After: Uploads are checked for resolution, thin lines, semi-transparency and small text, and problems go back to the customer before any film is used.
- **Nesting and print files**: Today: Every order is resized, nested and exported by hand, and mistakes pile up on busy days. After: Orders are nested by print method and film width automatically, and the files go straight to the printer.
- **Orders and stock**: Today: Orders move between Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop and your ERP by copy and paste. After: Orders, stock and tracking numbers sync on their own, and anything that doesn't match is flagged.
- **Shop floor**: Today: Nobody knows a printer has stopped or an order is stuck until someone notices. After: Machine status and order progress on one board, with alerts on your phone the moment something goes wrong.
- **AI that works**: Today: You'd like to use AI but don't know where to start, and the results so far have been hit and miss. After: AI does only the judgment calls it is good at, like sorting, reviewing art and writing copy, with hard rules and human review behind it. Every result can be traced.

## Why me

- **One person, start to finish**: Requirements, design, front end, back end, databases, servers and operations, with over ten years of full-stack work. You talk to the person writing the code, with no outsourcing and no middlemen.
- **I know apparel production**: I run production digitalization for an apparel factory in the US, across sublimation, DTG, DTF and embroidery. I know where the shop floor goes wrong, and I build things the floor staff actually use.
- **This site is the portfolio**: 6 live tools in two languages, with duties for 81 products and 11 origins. All data comes from official US sources, and every release is checked line by line; if a check fails, nothing ships. Your system gets the same standard.
- **I work with AI**: I develop and test with a set of AI assistants, so you get close to a small team's speed with the communication overhead of one person. The time saved goes into checking data and getting the details right.

## How it works

1. **Tell me the job**: Send your current process, spreadsheets or screenshots. The more specific, the better.
2. **Free assessment**: You get a plan, timeline and quote, including what I'd advise against building. The assessment is free.
3. **A working first version**: The most-used part comes first, run on your real data. Features are added once it fits how you work.
4. **Launch and upkeep**: I deploy it and hand over the code and documentation. Monthly upkeep is available when rules or platforms change.

## Questions

### How much does it cost?

Each project is quoted on its own. A quote page or calculator is a very different job from a full order-to-production system, so I quote after seeing the brief. The assessment is free.

### Are you a company or one person?

One developer. You talk directly to the person doing the work, so nothing gets lost in translation.

### Who owns the code and data?

You do: code, data and server accounts are yours after delivery. No back doors and no lock-in to my services.

### Can you keep it confidential?

Yes, I'm happy to sign an NDA. Your data is used only for your project and never appears on StoreCalc or anywhere else.

### Which languages?

English or Chinese, fully remote.
