## Why sellers work with us

- **Made to order from one piece**: Most styles start at one piece and are made after your buyer orders, so there's no stock to buy or store. Good for testing designs and personalized products.

Example: one Gildan 5000 with a front DTF print shipped to a US buyer is $2.6 + $1.6 + $9.0 shipping = $13.2. A second piece in the same order adds $2.6 + $1.6 + $1.6 = $5.8.

- Unit prices are for the smallest size in a standard color; 2XL and up and some colors cost a little more. Print is charged per side, so front and back is two sides.
- Orders of 10–49 pieces get 5% off and 50 or more get 10% off. Bulk is quoted separately and comes in lower than this table.
- Shipping is US domestic; remote areas cost extra.

## Lead time

For US-made products, order to delivery usually takes 4–8 days:

- Other products are made in China and shipped direct: 2–7 business days to make, then 10–20 days standard, 7–15 fast or 3–9 express to the US.
- Lead times are guaranteed: polyester apparel ships within 7 days, cotton apparel and home goods within 14. If we run late we upgrade shipping for free, and later still we refund part of the product price. Orders that need a sample approved first, more than 30 of the same item, or special requests get a lead time agreed case by case.

## How it works

1. **Tell us the job**: Style, quantity, print method, target price and destination. Reference images or links help.
2. **Quote and sample**: We quote by style and quantity, then sample to confirm fabric, color and print.
3. **Small trial run**: Start with a small order to check quality and lead time before scaling up.
4. **Steady supply**: Bulk production or print on demand, with order status and tracking always visible.

## Samples

- There is no minimum, so a sample is just a one-piece order at the price above, with no sample fee.
- US-made products ship in 2–3 days and arrive 2–5 business days later, so you have it in hand in about a week.
- Check the fabric, color, print placement and fit, then list it or order in bulk.
- For bulk orders with a different fabric, matched colors, hang tags or packaging, we make a pre-production sample first and quote its cost and time separately.

## After-sales

Report within 30 days of delivery with the order number or shipping label and photos; damaged outer packaging must be reported within 72 hours. When it's our fault, we pay.

Not covered: wrong address, size, color or artwork supplied by you; claims more than 30 days after delivery; normal color difference between mockup and product; damage by the buyer; parcels that can't be delivered because recipient details are incomplete, or that the buyer refuses; delays from war, natural disasters and other force majeure.

## Questions

### What's the minimum order?

Most styles start at one piece, for testing designs and print on demand. Orders of 10 or more get 5% off and 50 or more get 10% off; bulk is quoted separately, and the unit price drops as volume grows.

### Do you work with TikTok Shop, Temu and Amazon?

Yes. Shopify, Etsy, eBay, WooCommerce and other stores connect directly; TikTok Shop, Temu and Amazon orders come in by file import or API, and tracking numbers are sent back once shipped.

### Can you make and ship in the US?

Yes. US orders can be made in our US factory and shipped locally, shipped direct from China, or sent by sea in bulk to your warehouse.

### Can I use my own brand?

Yes. Hang tags, neck labels and mailer bags can all carry your brand, and dropshipped parcels go to buyers under your brand.

### Can you give me the factory's contact?

No. We handle quotes, production and after-sales, so if quality or timing slips you deal with us, not several factories.

### What if there's a quality problem?

Send photos and the order number within 30 days of delivery. Print, sizing, damage and wrong-item problems are replaced or fully refunded; see the after-sales table above.

### How is pricing worked out?

Starting prices for the bestsellers are in the price table above. Anything else is quoted by style, print method, quantity and shipping method. You can use the landed cost tool on this site first to work out the unit price you can accept.
