每个数字都来自官方发布的数据，页面上写明版本和核对日期。生成网站时程序会逐条核对，对不上就不发布。

## 各工具用的数据

- 数据: 美国国际贸易委员会（USITC）协调关税表 HTS 第 61、62、63、65、99 章和税目 4202；美国海关 MPF、HMF 费率
- 版本: HTS 2026 Revision 21；费率 2026-10-01 起
- 怎么核对: 每个编码都在官方税则里；每个编码最多在一个生效的对华 301 清单上，且不在四年复审加征里；每个原产国有唯一的附加关税条目；编码不在任何豁免清单里
