TikTok Shop US Black Friday: longer fulfillment deadlines, and holiday orders returnable until February 10, 2027
Standard orders placed from 2026-11-11 to 12-05 get phased extensions to ship-by, auto-cancel and delivery deadlines: 1–2 business days for domestic and 1–2 calendar days for international shipping. Made-to-order items only get a longer delivery deadline; pre-orders and back orders get none. Eligible items sold from 11-11 16:00 to 12-31 23:59 PT can be returned until 2027-02-10, overriding seller return windows; auctions and some categories are excluded.
Our read
A day or two of extra shipping time is minor; the returns window is what to plan for. Eligible holiday orders can be returned until February 10, 2027, so budget aftersales costs and return-warehouse space through that date. Auction orders and some categories get no extension; check Seller Center. Made-to-order items get a delivery extension only, not a ship-by extension, so don't count on extra days in your production schedule.

Who is affected
- Standard and auction orders received within the specified US campaign dates receive phased extensions to dispatch, auto-cancel and delivery deadlines: business days for local shipping and calendar days for international shipping.
- Made-to-order and custom-handling-time orders receive delivery extensions only, with no change to dispatch or auto-cancel deadlines. Pre-orders and back orders receive no such extensions.
- Eligible items sold in the holiday window receive the longer return window, overriding seller-configured windows. Auction orders do not receive the returns extension, and selected categories retain their usual rules.
- Sellers must still meet the normal aftersales review deadlines. Extra dispatch time does not mean extra time to review refund requests.
What to do
- Schedule work by order date, local versus international shipping and standard versus made-to-order status, checking each order’s displayed deadline. An auction dispatch extension is not permission to return an auction purchase.
- Reserve aftersales funds and receiving capacity for eligible items through February 10, 2027. That is the return-window cutoff, not a guarantee that all refunds will be resolved by that date.
- Staff the normal aftersales deadlines for your seller type. They do not change for BFCM, and missed reviews may be approved automatically. Gather photos, tracking and timestamps before rejecting a request.
- For a product already eligible for Final Sale, check its actual status and applicable aftersales rules. Do not add or remove a non-returnable label solely on the basis of this holiday guide.
What the official text says
SLA extensions do NOT apply to Pre-order and Back Order
Your standard aftersales review SLAs stay the same during BFCM.
