TikTok Shop adds risk controls for automated aftersales
The October roundup confirms two new controls: automatically rejecting high-fraud-risk refunds and routing suspected abuse or risk to seller review. Both default on and share settings across eligible returnless-refund, auto-refund and auto-return tools.
Our read
Staff the review queue even with automation enabled. A review flag is not proof of fraud, and missed reviews can still be auto-approved.
